About Us

 The Short History

Co-founded by Norman Grant and Dave Edwards, the first members began meeting as a social group in the basement of Norman's home in the fall of 2006. The organization is an outgrowth of the increasing Caribbean community in North Atlanta and strives to promote cultural awareness.

Each year, we choose one or more charities to support that impact and improve the lives of Caribbean’s locally and or internationally.  In 2007 our country focus was Haiti.  The 2009 country focus is Jamaica.
